EmpowerLink is a registered NDIS provider and also works with private clients. For a Support at Home participant, we can assess an enquiry only when the participant's registered provider formally arranges the agreed service under a documented third-party delivery arrangement and retains responsibility for the program obligations.

Before services begin, we confirm the agreed scope, fees, responsibilities, notice arrangements and the process for requesting a change. Ask intake for the current agreement terms that apply to your service.

We primarily service Brisbane's Northside including Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary, Narangba, and surrounding areas. Check our service areas below or contact us to confirm we cover your location.
